Congratulations to Tanya Starks who was recently promoted to Production Lead. Tanya has been with Hollis Cobb for two years and has been in the industry since 1998 when she started out as a Customer Service Representative. Her experience covers a range of duties such as Third Party Commercial, Insurance Follow Up Representative, Team Lead, and Revenue Cycle Manager
Her main responsibilities under her new title will be training, quality, and monitoring production, which will prove a vital role in the company’s adherence to contracted services, regulatory guidelines, customer service standards, and general code of conduct. When asked what she liked most about her job she joyfully responded, “being able to work with people toward the greater good of the organization as a whole to achieve great end results.”
Tanya’s goals for the future include completing courses to obtain her Medical Billing Coding Certificate and furthering her education in Healthcare Administration. She previously obtained her certificate as a Certified Patient Accounts Representative back in 2012.
