Cobb recognized the need to continue quality, compassionate care to patients, even after services were provided and they were discharged. Although patients should expect to be responsible for their medical bills, Cobb felt deeply that patient debt was different from all other consumer debt. Hollis focused his resources, industry knowledge, and heart to create a healthcare collections approach based on customer service and civility.
In 1977, Hollis Cobb Associates, Inc. was born. Today, under the ownership of Hollis’ sons, Alan and Mike, and the leadership of CEO Greg Hocutt, we join with more than 300 Hollis Cobb employees to provide valuable and timely solutions to healthcare providers, maintaining the vision, ethics, and integrity of our founder.
