The management and staff of Hollis Cobb Associates is excited to announce a recent move of the corporate office to a much larger space in Duluth, Georgia. Fueled by the addition of new clients and the hiring of more staff, the move was carefully planned by CEO, Greg Hocutt and CIO, Jeremy Hooie. “It’s great to see the staff so enthusiastic about their upgraded work space,” Hocutt said, adding that, “we strive to do everything we can to boost productivity at our office which leads to greater revenue for our clients, and that is why we are here.”

The new offices are located in an upscale building complex at 3175 Satellite Boulevard, and Hollis Cobb staff occupy the entire fourth floor of the complex’s 600 building. Hocutt and Hooie spent months working on the office build-out, ensuring maximum efficiency in the use of space and the flow of traffic. All 250 employees are now working in the new offices, and enjoying the expanded work spaces along with larger kitchen, break room and lunch areas.

Hollis Cobb’s sales team has signed several large health systeHollis Cobb buildingms in the last two years, which resulted in the hiring of additional staff to service these new clients. In addition, the company’s service offerings have been expanded to include pre-authorization and other front end processes, as well as more insurance follow up projects, which also resulted in the need for more staff. With the increase in clients, personnel and services over the last couple of years, a move to a larger building was inevitable.

Along with organic sales, Hollis Cobb has experienced growth through strategic acquisitions as well. In the last four years, Hollis Cobb leadership has acquired five companies in Georgia, Alabama, Illinois and Mississippi. The company currently has other locations in Chicago, Jackson, Mississippi and Managua, Nicaragua. Although some of the acquired offices have remained open, others have been closed and the clients absorbed by the staff in Georgia.

Floor space has increased from 10,000 square feet in the former building to 27,000 square feet at the new location. “It is amazing how quickly we filled up all of that additional space,” Hooie commented. “That speaks to how crowded we had become at the previous location,” he added. Hollis Cobb leadership will be planning an Open House soon, and will be inviting clients and other associates to visit the new offices. The management and staff are proud of their hard work and success, and are eager to have clients and friends visit their new work environment.
