Known for her bubbly personality, endless energy, willingness to help anyone and use of the phrase “Hey Y’all”, Donna Fincher is not only an asset to her co-workers and clients at Hollis Cobb Associates but also to the Georgia Chapter of HFMA. Donna, who has been an active member of Georgia HFMA since 1989, was honored recently at the Spring Institute with two awards for her service and dedication to the chapter

Donna received the Charles H. Anderson President’s Award and the Cathy H. Dougherty Distinguished Mentoring Award. The Charles H. Anderson President’s Award is a discretionary award selected by the outgoing President. The recipient is recognized for the significant impact they have had on that President’s year, including leadership and betterment and growth of the chapter. Recipients of the Cathy H. Dougherty award are nominated by the members of the Chapter and are people who also display the same mentoring attitude for which the award was established. The final recipient of the award is selected by Cathy Dougherty from the nominees presented to her.

Donna began a career in healthcare collections at Diversified Account Systems in 1984. Following DAS’ acquisition in 2013, she joined the Hollis Cobb team where she is a Key Account Executive and communicates daily with her clients.
