As Hollis Cobb Associates continues to grow, numerous staff who have excelled in their areas of expertise have been promoted to management positions.

Shellye Cummings and Eric Jones, both University of Alabama fans, have been promoted to Senior Directors of Operations in the Norcross, GA office after working their way up over the years from supervisory positions and other management positions in the Operations Department of the corporate office.

Shellye has been in the collections industry nearly 20 years beginning in 1997 as a collector.   After taking some time to finish college, she advanced to team leader, supervisor, manager and director.

Shellye joined the Hollis Cobb team in 2008 and over the years has advanced to her new position of Senior Director of Operations over Early Out.

Eric has been in the collections industry for 18 years, also starting as a collector. He advanced to trainer where he stayed for 2 years before moving into a supervisory position.

Eric spent several years in check collections, and joined the Hollis Cobb team in 2008. Over his tenure with the company, he has advanced to Senior Director of Operations over Bad Debt.

ADDITIONAL PROMOTIONS IN NORCROSS

Joshua Best has been with Hollis Cobb for eight years as a collector, supervisor and manager. Josh was recently promoted to the position of Director of Operations over our Earlyout Collections Department in Norcross. He is CPAR certified (Certified Patient Account Representative) and is working toward his CFC (Certified Financial Counselor) designation.

John Campbell recently joined the Hollis Cobb team as Director of Operations in our Bad Debt Collections Department in Norcross. John brings to the table 12 years of collection experience in a variety of industries. Along with extensive experience in medical collections, John has worked other areas including banking, automotive, retail, commercial and municipal.

Shanelle Clinton-Brown has been with Hollis Cobb for the past eight years. She has been promoted to manager of the Red Team in Norcross where she will put to good use her 17 years of experience in collections and customer service.

PROMOTIONS AT HOLLIS COBB ASSOCIATES’ BRANCH OFFICES

Johnathan Green has joined the Hollis Cobb team in the Chicago office as Collection Manager. He has seven years of experience in the collections industry and will be managing the commercial portfolio.

Pedro Martinez joins the team through the recent acquisition of Healthcare Financial Services in Jackson, Mississippi. Pedro will serve as the Director of Operations in the Jackson office and brings to the company extensive experience in developing outsource collections teams as well as data-driven, long-term strategic planning.
