Hollis Cobb’s sales and marketing staff are actively preparing for exciting educational events and trade shows coming up in the first quarter of 2018. Always looking for innovative ideas to attract attendees to the Hollis Cobb booth, the marketing staff is busy putting together special gifts for clients attending the shows as well as useful giveaways for prospective clients in attendance.
The first show on the schedule will be the 20th Annual HFMA Western Region Symposium and it is set for January 14-17 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. This huge event involves HFMA Regions 10 and 11 which includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Hollis Cobb staff is excited at the prospect of finding ways for our many services to better benefit the unique needs of providers in the Western U.S.
A longtime supporter and sponsor of HFMA Region 5, Hollis Cobb will serve as a Platinum level sponsor at the regional event set for February 25-28 at the Marriott Waterside in Tampa, FL. Promising to help attendees discover ways to “Navigate the Seas of Healthcare Change,” providers and business partners from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee will be on hand to learn from industry experts and network with colleagues. Attendees will, not only have opportunities to participate in typical educational sessions, but the institute will also include interactive lectures, learning labs, panel discussions and webinar simulcasts.
Coming up very soon is the Georgia HFMA Fall Institute. Scheduled for November 8-10, 2017, the event will take place at the Ritz Carlton Reynolds Resort at Lake Oconee. Hollis Cobb has served as a gold sponsor for Georgia HFMA for decades, and company leaders have also served as committee chairs and board members within the organization. The event will include a golf tournament on November 8 and a tailgate and cornhole tournament on November 9, along with educational sessions on the value of certification, the future of the revenue cycle, the true cost of denials, cybercrime threats and other current topics.
