Hollis Cobb Key Account Executive, Stephanie Price, brought her 25-years’ experience in healthcare client services to the company a year ago. Arriving just in time to onboard multiple large hospital clients, Stephanie used her many years of expertise in the industry to build and solidify relationships with the company’s newest clients. She has called on her vast experience of effective communication with clients to customize unique revenue cycle management programs for each client, from pre-authorization services, to insurance follow up, to bad debt collections. Stephanie holds her CPAR designation (Certified Patient Account Representative) as well as paralegal and medical assistant degrees.

Along with implementation of custom services for new clients, Stephanie has played a key role in the integration of Hollis Cobb’s latest company acquisition in Jackson, Mississippi. She has successfully built relationships with, not only the hospitals that came with this latest acquisition, but with employees at the newly acquired company. Traveling frequently between Hollis Cobb’s main office in Norcross, Georgia and the new office in Jackson, Stephanie has helped assimilate their client services team into the Hollis Cobb culture. “My favorite part of my job,” Stephanie says, “is building relationships and helping people.”  She has used that particular talent to bring both clients and employees at the Mississippi office into the Hollis Cobb family.

Stephanie’s impressive work record began over 25 years ago wSTEPHANIEhen she started out as a collector in an inbound call center. Within a year she advanced to the insurance follow up department where she worked on commercial insurance and Medicaid accounts, and was soon promoted to a team leader position working with some of the company’s largest clients. This brought Stephanie into management roles in the client services area where she worked for the next two decades directly with clients from Washington State, to the Amish Country in Pennsylvania, all the way to the southernmost islands of Key West, Florida.

Along with her work with healthcare clients, Stephanie has many years’ experience managing client services teams as well. She is using that past experience to help screen and manage some of the onsite employees Hollis Cobb has placed at client offices throughout the country. Stephanie wears her many hats at the company with skill, grace and just a little bit of humor.

The many changes in the healthcare industry in recent years caused Stephanie to find herself looking for a new job, and a glowing reference from a colleague brought her to Hollis Cobb. “Stephanie is just great, and she has had an awesome year,” says CEO, Greg Hocutt, adding that the company was so glad to have her join the team a year ago.

Married for 26 years, Stephanie and her husband, Randy, have two beautiful daughters. Their oldest is in her fourth year of the Early Education Program at the University of North Georgia, and their youngest is beginning the Nursing Program at Athens Technical College. Stephanie’s strong work ethic and positive attitude have, not only served her family well, but the team at Hollis Cobb too. The staff and management look forward to many more years of working with Stephanie.
