Well into the first quarter of 2018, Hollis Cobb Associates is enjoying great success with an increase in revenue six times over in the last decade. Once a company based primarily in Georgia, Hollis Cobb has grown through hard won sales, referrals by satisfied clients and acquisition of other companies. In the last decade the company has grown from 80 employees to well over 300 making huge strides in technology and quality assurance.

Along with buying other agencies in Georgia, in the last 10 years Hollis Cobb has acquired companies in Mobile, Alabama, Jackson, Mississippi and Chicago, Illinois expanding the client base into those states. An association with another company in Managua, Nicaragua brought a staff of bilingual representatives able to improve the patient experience by enhancing communication. Referrals by current clients and hard work by the sales staff has brought new clients from Florida, the Carolinas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Texas and California.

At the same time the client base has expanded, Hollis Cobb’s service offerings serviceshave expanded too. No longer limited to early-out and bad debt collections, Hollis Cobb has started new departments to handle insurance filing and follow-up, along with Patient Access services like pre-authorization, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, customer service and staffing. Clients appreciate having one vendor they trust that can provide multiple services at a competitive rate.
