Always staying one step ahead of the technological advancements in healthcare finance, Hollis Cobb leadership looks for talented individuals to serve vital roles with the organization. Diana Carter was recently brought onboard to fill the role of Data Analyst in the area of System Support and Development. She wears numerous hats including developing custom reports, monitoring processes, liaising with the Quality Assurance team, managing various vendors and serving as a data analyst using our CallMiner application to review calls and recommend additional training for staff.

diana-carter-picBorn in Puerto Rico, Diana, got into her field in 1999, and particularly enjoys reporting and analysis. Wishing to broaden her horizons with new challenges she applied for the open analyst position at Hollis Cobb and was quickly hired, catching on fast and becoming a valued member of the team. Along with her nearly 20 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Diana also has experience working in retail and as a personal banker, office manager and telemarketer. She holds a Certificate in Network Engineering and Management and an A.S. of Science in Business Management from Georgia State University.

Diana said she likes living in Atlanta and is enjoying her work at Hollis Cobb. She noted that what she enjoys most about her job is, “creating reports, learning about the industry, presenting facts and analysis, and working with a team who is engaged and ready to give ideas and feedback.” She went on to say, “I have had the opportunity to work with and meet some incredibly dedicated and knowledgeable individuals. I am excited about this new path, and the opportunity to learn about this industry with people who are driven and evidently enjoy their careers.”

When not performing her data analysis duties at Hollis Cobb, Diana spends time with her soon-to-be husband, two children and three dogs. She does volunteer work with her daughter’s volley ball team, and practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu four to five times a week for which she holds a purple belt. Already a great asset to the System Support and Development team at Hollis Cobb, both leaders in the technology and compliance departments look for great things from Diana Carter.
