COLLECTION TECHNIQUES WEBINAR

Although Covid cases have declined overall, collecting money from patients continues to present challenges to health system staff from the front end to the back end of the revenue cycle. As always, what is done on the front end impacts the back end. Wendy will address dealing with patients who have gone through job losses, pay cuts and working remotely with children home from school.

Healthcare providers must still collect those deductibles, co-pays and other patient liabilities in order to keep their doors open. Wendy will explain techniques for compassionate collections that have proved successful at Hollis Cobb for maintaining a revenue stream for providers while keeping the patient experience a positive one.

In addition, Hollis Cobb call center representatives are working with providers to schedule Covid vaccination appointments for patients to get as many vaccinated as quickly as possible. Our reps are able to schedule Covid vaccine appointments anywhere in the U.S. from our call center in Atlanta.

Hollis Cobb continues to look for innovative ways to support our clients as they face new challenges in healthcare finance management, yet strive to provide superior services to the patients in their communities.
