The theme this year was “Catch the Revenue Cycle Rhythm,” and this year’s annual conference took place at the fabulous Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center. Along with daily classes addressing today’s top revenue cycle challenges, the conference attendees enjoyed evening festivities including a “Guitars, Cadillacs & Country Music” reception featuring a band and Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash impersonators.
