The Hollis Cobb Team, known as Hollis’ Heroes, came in second this year for the amount of money raised by a team to benefit Strong 4 Life, a Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta program designed to help Georgia families raise healthy, resilient children.
The June 5 event had a new twist this year, giving participants the option to take part in the Super Hero Sprint either virtually or in-person at a new location, the Suwanee Town Center. Participants could walk, run or sprint to the finish line in either a 5K Race or a 1-mile Fun Run.
All proceeds from the event went to Atlanta’s Strong 4 Life program which is dedicated to reversing the epidemic of childhood obesity and its associated diseases among Georgia’s children. Strong 4 Life aims to reach more and more Georgia families each year through schools, provider training programs, community partnerships and policy change efforts.
Hollis Cobb’s main office is located in Duluth, Georgia, and the company leadership is committed to supporting providers in the Atlanta area and throughout Georgia as they strive to help the people in their communities enjoy healthier, happier lives. The Hollis Heroes were proud to contribute both time and dollars to this worthy cause.
